Our Story
Stratford Builders is built on two careers shaped by hands-on work, formal training, and a shared vision for better building standards.
Ryan Jessee grew up in Concord, MA. He began working in construction during summers in high school. He spent ten years as a carpenter while completing his bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology. His career expanded into project management in Boston, leading historic brownstone renovations, mixed-use developments, and commercial spaces. His core passion has always remained in residential construction. Ryan has managed projects ranging from 1 million to 40 million and has worked alongside many award-winning architects and designers across Greater Boston.
Brad Apone grew up in Natick, MA. He also graduated from Wentworth with the same degree. His background mirrors Ryan’s path, with early fieldwork, strong technical training, and years of project management experience in Boston. Brad has spent most of his work in high-end residential construction and holds fifteen years of experience.
